It was a night rush, stood in line for 20mins. One person was taking orders at counter and drive up window and one person was putting the orders together. Watched mgr help one customer and disappear, there was 10 people still in line. About 5 to 8 mins later manager comes back out and starts to take inventory, not sure why you would take inventory in a middle of a rush when you could pump through the rush and then complete your tasks. Take it from a mgr who has worked customer service over 20yrs. The two working the counter I can say they were trying to stay up with the demand. Then we waited another 20mins for our food. Before we had to go up and found out they had lost the receipt and wasnt sure who's food it was. We are thankful we went up or we would have recieved cold food.
They need a new bread toaster because the one they have only toasts one side, or maybe rips off the toasted part? Everytime though. We all know the delicious toast is part of the canes experience. Other than that it's a pretty good fast food joint. It's been a while that the toast has been coming out wonky though.
