Love it...The food was cooked to serve and the location was clean Parking: Several spaces available...just a tight spot to back out of due to the drive thru line. Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has plenty of room and booths for a family seating were available. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking located right in front of the door.
We went through the drive thru at lunch time and thought it would take forever, but the line moved quite quickly! It only took about 15 minutes to go halfway around the building! The food was delicious! It was hot, well seasoned without being overly salty like the Z place, and the chicken wasn't fried so hard as to be inedible. I prefer Cane's fries, which aren't covered in seasoned salt and the very best part of the meal is the bread! The only thing I would change is that my friend and I, two women, were approached by a panhandler asking for food money. I don't know the schedule for soup kitchens in Athens. However, it was kind of scary to be approached by someone who is homeless and is begging for money for food when I'm in an unknown area with a friend and we are two women alone in the vehicle. Other than that, Raising Cane's was a very good experience and the best food we could have gotten that day I will return and and look forward to it very much.
