Rainforest Cafe

If you are really into the theme, it might be worth a shot. I'll start with the positives. The drinks were decent and the souvenir cups were a nice touch - you can take the drink with you on the Riverwalk. Our server was sweet and no complaints with him. But... The atmosphere was, to me, a bit sad and run down. The animatronics are in need of attention, and the tables, carpets and such are dingy and dated feeling. The food was, in a word, disgusting. The appetizer sampler was some of the worst food I've had. Mozzarella sticks were the most edible but still tasted of freezer burn fried in old grease. My daughter's boyfriend had a special place in his heart from dining at Rainforest as a kid, which is why we went but after the appetizer we just paid and left.

Perfect, perfect for families, staff were all attentive and caring, the food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Mediocre food and service made for a really average dining experience here. I found my entree, the pastalaya, to be underseasoned, which is unusual for a Cajun inspired dish. The appetizer sampler was good, but our sparkling volcano dessert was just underwhelming. Our server seemed uninterested in providing good service - I recalled him never asking us once how we were enjoying everything. But he did succeed in getting us our food promptly, at least. Kid-friendliness: The Chacha Icee cup is genius. Your inner child will enjoy it here more than your inner diner will.

Our 20 min wait turned into 50 min and then we finally got sat and waited and waited another 10 min still no waitress , 2 hungry babies we left..very diappointes

The food wasn't good

I sat at the bar and had a few drinks. The bartender Chris was very friendly and helpful. I absolutely enjoyed the rainforest atmosphere.

Chris was AMAZING today for our daughter’s birthday dinner! He served a table of 10 like no one’s business!!! Had such a wonderful time! Thank you Chris!

Rainforest Cafe was awesome for the kids, and Chris took great care of us.

So very loud and humid the place was very smelly like mold there were nats flying everywhere and the food was cold all this for 124.
