Classic Rainforest cafe experience! Food was fine, but Kara (server) and Crystal (photographer) were both fantastic! Kara made our experience so special- so fun to chat with. Crystal captured some lovely pictures as well and was so sweet!

Sadly, we ate at this establishment because I wanted my family to have the whole experience. I had a reservation, but still had to wait to be seated. We were seated by the bar which was quite noisy. Drinks were slow to come when it was just water. Our service was terrible. We waited a long time for food with no one checking in. When we finally did get our food, It was very poor quality and poorly put together. We had to go to the bar to ask for service of napkins, refills, butter and just table service in general, and then that was slow to come. No offer of dessert. No courteous "thank you for coming". I am so disappointed.

I love rainforest cafe. But my experience last Saturday was exceptional all because of our waitress she really went above and beyond to make sure our party of 26 had a great time. That was the best service I have experienced from a waitress and it was also my daughter birthday so I appreciate her for that. Thank you for making my daughter birthday a success.

The food for the price was very subpar considering, both in portion size and taste. The service was really slow, and we weren't even checked on until we sought out someone for simple water refills. The wait staff was not friendly, and it was most unfortunate that it is but a shell of the icon that it once was. Considering that we had a reservation and waited till quite late in the day to eat there, this was an all around poor experience and I will be NOT be recommending this restaurant to anyone. There are a whole host of alternative restaurants that will give you a better experience for both you and your family.

All I can say is DO NOT book a large party here. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so disappointed in a restaurant in my life. I’ll share a few pros and cons from my daughters 4th birthday party: Pros: the kids gift bags were great! My daughter had a good time, mostly just because her family was there. Also the photographer Crystal was AMAZING. She was the only saving grace of the night. Cons: for a group of 20 you WILL NOT be put in the actual restaurant. We were on the patio area and felt like we were literally in the mall cafeteria. Not an exaggeration. Not only were we not in the restaurant, they didn’t even seat us at the same table. We ended up having 17 people with us and we had to sit at two tables; There was plenty of room to seat us at one. Everyone knows the food here is ok AT BEST so you’re not paying for a good meal.. you’re paying for the atmosphere. When you don’t even get a slice of the atmosphere then it feels like a major scam. $30 a plate for sitting in a freaking mall food court. I asked to speak with the manager after we were seated in the reject area to try and correct the issue and she more or less rudely acted like I was insane for thinking they could fit 17 people in the restaurant on a Saturday. She said if I wanted to reschedule during the week they could *maybe* fit us in. My family of 17 from all over was already seated….. also if they could fit 17 on a Wednesday then they obviously had the room inside. When walking to the restroom I saw at least several groups of 10-16 so she absolutely lied right to my face. Mind you - I booked this a MONTH AND A HALF before the actual reservation. It’s not like I called the day before asking to be squeezed in. Also, they literally never bussed a single plate on our table. An hour in we were ready to open gifts and the soup and salad dishes were still there. We had to stack everything ourselves in order to make space for our dinner. Again… $30 a plate for THIS?? Crappy food, no service, AND no rainforest cafe atmosphere. What a joke. My sister-in-law started taking photos of the table because it was THAT bad. If the owner contacts me I’m happy to supply those. They also never came with the birthday dessert or song for my daughter so we sang to her ourselves.. which was fine.. but again, not what we were expecting and felt like we were paying for. As mentioned earlier the only good thing about the night other than being with family was the photographer, Crystal. She treated my daughter like a princess and took very nice photos of us. The second star of this review is for her only. In conclusion we paid an $800 tab for what was MAYBE worth $200 AT BEST. If you have a small group and are in the restaurant then maybe the bill is worth it. But I’ll say again: DO NOT BOOK large parties here. You will be so disappointed.

I came here with some friends over spring break, and had the most fun dining experience of my life. Our server Madeline, was extremely kind and attentive. I got the Iggy's Piggy sandwich and was very happy with it. Crystal, a restaurant photographer gave us a complimentary postcard, and we loved her. We got the volcano cake to top the evening off, and while I'd describe it as more of a fudge, it was delicious. Super fun!

Went to celebrate a birthday for my 4 yr old niece. My sister in-law planned this party a month ahead of time with the event planner. Final count was a group of 14 adults plus kids. The party price was $30 bucks a meal and extra for drinks. Food was drive thru at best. The waitress was nonexistent, and we were sat in the overflow, out in the mall where they park all the strollers that weren't allowed in to the restaurant. You read that right we didn't even get to sit inside to have the rain forest experience. If I could give less stars I would. Our tab was $800 including minimum gratuity. Never, never, ever again.

Our waiter was fabulous, very attentive and clearly loves his job. The food was mediocre at best to the point of being somewhat inedible. (The chicken and steak was so dry we couldnt even choke it down with water.) You eat here for e the atmosphere, not the food. I was disappointed. Vegetarian options: The menu doesn't label menu option well for vegetarians but when asked, our waiter was happy to work with us the find something that we could eat.
