Ragin Pot

This place is freaking awesome!! The atmosphere is cozy!! The service was beyond amazing, everyone was so friendly and made us feel at home!! And the food… the food was just immaculate!! Definitely a gem!! ❤️

At first I was excited to go visit this restaurant, but the waitress had a bad attitude, is like she doesn’t want to do her job and unfriendly. The veggies, is very small cut. The meat and fish balls is limited. This restaurant is below my expectations, other Jpot I had been through is way better than this. I don’t know why some people give them more stars.

Service was excellent and friendly, the food was delicious, ingredients were fresh. The experience was somewhat uncomfortable with the inability to control the temperature of the food served in the hot pot, and while I understand that this is the nature of a hot pot, a way to transfer the cooking food to another bowl or plate to cool down enough to eat would have been helpful as the food continually cooked over the open fire. Again, the food was very tasty, just difficult to eat at the temperature it climbed to. Overall, a unique dining experience that is worth revisiting.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Ventura county. In the three years I’ve lived in California I’ve been hard pressed to find someplace that delivers the way Ragin’ Pot does. Price, taste, options, and service all coalesce into the perfect establishment. Much love to John and the crew!!

The food is always fantastic here whether you are dining in or getting take out. If they are busy they tend to be understaffed, but I have never waited long for service or food. I would like to hear music representative of the food culture presented here.

I've passed by this place numerous times waiting for the perfect time...so when it started raining I jumped on the chance to eat here. All I can say is damn!! This place is so good! Best part is u get ur own hot pot and not sharing with other people. Alot of choices on broth and ingredients to choose from so everyone should be happy with something...on a side note the playlist playing was awesome....ahha....I would say the only part that wasn't good is the owner is a niners fan. Hahah...other than that this place is great.... especially for Oxnard since it's always cold
