Lovely people here. Food options ok.

I waited 25 minutes at an unattended-dirty table for a grilled cheese sandwich and chips. When inquired, I was told it takes a while for cheese to melt. Several tables of customers who arrived after me ordered were served and ate before me. Ultimately, I asked for a refund. The manager apologized and offered the sandwich minutes later, at no charge. The food was lukewarm by that time. The experience left me feeling unwelcomed and intentionally overlooked during the prolonged wait while watching other tables being cleaned, customers seated, and served. When I went to the counter to inquire about my order, a black guy with locks quickly went to clean the table where I sat. The experience was sad and unwarranted because it looked like intentional-poor customer service.

Food was pretty good. Really enjoyed the fresh squeezed juice

It is a perfect place to grab a bite to eat - located at Town Square. It’s a modern and clean place with a nice patio outside. The food is very high quality and super tasty while still being healthy. A big variety of Healthful items on the menu along with other sandwiches/wraps and salads. They also have delicious juices and smoothies on their menu. We have liked everything that we have tried and the portions are good too , not too small at all. Chicken was very tasty and not overcooked or dried out. The service was great, very friendly and fast . Overall: we had a great time at Rachel’s kitchen, No complaints!
