Love race trac never had a problem here but an employee with purple hair and braids couldn’t get her name was so rude to me at the counter gave me attitude for no reason I felt like I wasn’t welcome at this establishment

Friendly staff and great prices on gas and sodas/snacks. My kid likes the swirl world soft serve ice cream with toppings bar. It's like menchies but a fixed price instead of paying by ounce.

Be aware of Kim at the register at this Racetrac in Central Florida Parkway as she's adding incorrect charges to items and if you don't pay attention you will be overpaying. When you try to correct her, she insults you and gives you a horrible attitude. She should not be working with costumers as she doesn't have the ability to be courteous or polite. Especially if she's wrong.

How hard is it keep the pumps filled with receipt paper? Still, machines never have no receipt paper and now the Google pay at pump no longer works

Ok. I’ve been in this location many times. So don’t get me wrong, the staff is great. The store is typically kept pretty clean. The food for gas station standards is ok. My reason for the 3 is 100% due to the fact that every time I step foot in this location all I do is stick to the floor. I don’t know if it’s because they are using dirty mop, water, or because they are not using the right ratio of cleaner to water. Maybe they’re even just throwing the cleaner on the floor and then mopping that up but every single time I go into this location. I am clearly sticking to the floor, especially in the drink area. Today one of their freezers was broken (again) and there was liquid all over the place with a wet floor sign up. I understand that that is hard to maintain and I appreciate the work for sign but the area that was clean felt dirtier than the one with the puddle of liquid on it and here’s why this doesn’t work for me. If I walk around a store where I intend to buy food, I don’t expect to feel dirty while walking around that store and that is what this sticky situation feels like. It makes me not trust that they are using clean rags when sanitizing their food areas and it makes me not want to buy food there that could have been prepped at that location or prepped offsite and delivered to that location unless it is a sealed item. There has to be a solution, otherwise every single business that we walk into would be in the same boat. But made me something to think about if you notice the numbers being down in your food sales sticky floors are definitely a turn off and I would advise customers coming in to just be aware of how clean the store seems to me versus how clean it actually is.

Robert “apparently” the general manager was texting on his phone at the register at around 6:15am while I waited for help before Chrissy came up and helped me. Extremely unprofessional, you need to set the standard for your employees. You also have a major attitude problem that you need to check and stop rolling your eyes at customers and your employees. Do better.

Never have receipt paper in the gas pumps. Been like this for over a year now. Honestly it’s just obnoxious to walk inside and wait in line, I go to Wawa instead now. I recommend you do the same.
