Associate literally fought with my kid over ice she was trying to pay for. Told her they don't take coins and to go dump out the ice... acting like top flight security over some ice when we come in there and spend way more and had the decency to pay for it. Go to QT across the street.
Price gouging on tobacco and other things, don’t go here.
Guy behind the counter was being rude to me.
Give these people a raise! Above and beyond experience that made one worn out Uber drivers night better
Couldn't give me a gas receipt, either at the pump or at the register (required by law). I have a business account and need to keep receipts. We will be getting our gas from somewhere else in the future.
been going here for a while, but the last three times in the past two weeks, their fountain drinks have no carbonation and are not cold at all. I was told they’re fixing it the first two times, but I’m not gonna go out of my way to come here anymore if this keeps happening
I went into to my neighborhood racetrac today around 6:30pm to buy my son a hotdog and fill up his 2 gallons with Gatorade for football practice tomorrow. The grill rollers were recently cleaned and a associate w/tattoos on his arms and neck told my son he couldn't have anything off it because they weren't done. Not even considering he might take it home to microwave it! Anyways, I went to pay for his gallons, among other things, when a trailer park, meth-head female associate, w/tattoos also, didn't even want to ring me up. I insisted and she says, "we don't refill jugs anyways", although the sign by the fountain clearly list refill prices (128+ oz refill/1 gallon is $1.99), I've been getting them all summer. She asks her coworker, who wouldn't let my son take a hotdog, how to do it and he hits the refill price 4 times with an attitude, totaling $8.24. I said I'm not paying that and she threatens to call the police. I calmly went and dumped my gallons in the coffee drain, and my son and I left w/his empty gallons. Are these poor excuses for employees the best customer service racetrac has for a loyal 10+yr customer? They deserve a negative ⭐ rating!
How is the bathroom "closed for the night"!? It's 917pm at a 24hr store? Where would you have your paying patrons go? At the pump?
It blows my mind how every single race track runs out of half and half by Tuesday or Wednesday, they need to train the managers better so they know how to place orders
