Terrible customer service
Love the self checkout but customer service could have been more welcoming and courteous. The young man just stood next to me grumbling.
Never has food out for lunch. Never stocks the condiments bar. Beverages are usually flat or just water comes out. This is a consistent practice with this branch. I suggest to go to another location or another vendor.
I want to change my opinion about racetrack. Now I see bathrooms that are always clean with friendly people assisting you. I think that now they read their resume carefully before hiring them
Brandy the manager didn’t help me one single bit. Rude and yelled at me. They charged me twice and when I showed them proof on my phone, they told me it wasn’t their problem and to call the resource number on my card when I already contacted my card company and they told me racetrac was responsible for fixing it. Called me a liar. They don’t care and didn’t offer me a refund. She screamed at me to “go ahead and call corporate and tell them my names brandy!” I want my money back or I will be reporting this to corporate everyday until I get this handled the right way it should’ve been all along.

I am writing to the manager of this store in order to express the dissatisfaction with this store employee since this person treats customers badly, specifically my father, an elderly person who held this person responsible for any emotional damage that may happen to my father, I hope you take measures with this worker since otherwise it will generate a more serious problem and will act in accordance with the LAW!!
