Update: Came back cause I missed their pandan waffle. It’s delicious but didn’t taste the pandan flavor which is what makes it special. Pretty disappointed. P.S they don’t have WiFi for guest cause they don’t want you to stay for long. Probably perfect for awkward 1st dates. So the cafe concept is really misleading. Should rebrand to to-go. Old review: Two words: Pandan Waffle. Their Christmas decor was beautiful!

Nice natural light and decor. Very cozy spot. I got the lemongrass ginger drink and my partner got the Vietnamese iced coffee. Nice, strong flavors. The staff is very friendly.

Wrote a review about this place last year and they deleted my review lol. Got a Vietnamese coffee and another drink there last time. Both drinks were extremely bitter to the point where I just took a sip and did not want to drink it anymore. Also, asked for light ice and they filled the cup to 3/4, which I find to be absurd. The whole atmosphere there felt awkward. I felt as if the workers and owners were just staring at us to leave after we got our drinks. Right as I sat down, they just kept staring at us like we weren't welcome there. This was the first and will be the last time I ever come here...

Went with a friend yesterday, and I'm telling you guyssss it was the best cafe I've ever gone to. The coffee was fire and the pancake too. The cashier was really nice and helped us with our questions and everything. We were the only customers in the 4 hours we were there, and it was super calm and nice. Def gonna become a regular!

Vietnamese dessert. Hidden gem. Great spot for hangout and study group.

I mean, if the owner would have just stopped chasing customers away because we were sitting there too long. I mean, it’s a cafe. A cafe is meant to be seated and enjoyed.

The owner is extremely rude and full of attitudes. She told her son to kick out a family of seven after they ordered the food. She can't even do it herself and has to get her son to do it. She forced us to buy more food in order to sit down and enjoy it. I do not recommend this place, terrible owner, and customer service.
