I have not eaten here but I saw a video online of this restaurant and it looked awesome! The Lomo Saltado looked to die for!

We ended up here looking for a coffee, got a drink and spent the next 2 hours trying different items for the menu. Very impressed by the quality. Yucca fries super crunchy and creamy inside. Lovely guacamole, and very fresh shrimps, all with a very nice sangria. We had a lovely time and an unexpected trip to Peru while sitting still. Will be back!

I had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Qusqo Bistro. The authenticity of the dishes truly transported me to the heart of Peru. The yucca fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully tender on the inside. They were a wonderful introduction to the flavors that awaited. The kicking shrimp dish was a knockout! The perfect blend of spices and the freshness of the shrimp created a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds. It was an unforgettable dish that I'll be dreaming about for days. Let's talk about that green sauce! It was nothing short of magical. I couldn't get enough of it! It elevated every dish to a whole new level of deliciousness. And the drinks! Oh, the drinks. The chicha juice was a burst of fruity goodness that left me feeling revitalized. The Peruvian herbal tea was a soothing finale to the meal, leaving me feeling refreshed and light. The attention to detail and commitment to authentic Peruvian cuisine truly shines at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of the culinary treasures this gem has to offer. Bravo to the talented chefs and staff.

Food was mediocre. Small selection to chose from. Ordered a drink not knowing the waitress was going to add ingredients that were not listed on the menu. Wife is extremely allergic to strawberries and no where on the menu did it list it for the drink. Menu listed the drink as having cocoa, lucema, almonds, coconut Icecream. Instead we got milk, coco, banana and strawberries blended. My wife had a severe allergic reaction when she tried it. We asked the waitress why it had strawberries in the drink when it wasnt on the menu, she replied you should tell us before hand if you have an allergy. I think that response tells you what to expect at this restaurant. Will not be back.

I stopped by after a busy work day! For my first time I had the, fish ceviche for my appetizer and the lomo saltado for my main entree! The flavor was on point and I was very pleased with chef Lucy’s take on these dishes. The atmosphere was peaceful and artistic. I definitely enjoyed and wanted to let some friends know about this hidden gem! Five stars forsure!

I have been to Qusqo Bistro twice now and I am convinced that it is my new favorite place to be! These days prices seem to exceed quality at every turn, but I have had the delicious battered chicken strips (with mild, smoky, chili in the batter—yum!) in the past, and, just now, I had a crisp, mellow, Sauvignon Blanc from Chile that tasted absolutely divine. Better yet the owner actually had a conversation with me about the wine. . .because, lo and behold, she had done her homework, knew it was fantastic, and knew why. Both times I have been there I have been pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food and drinks, only to be even more pleasantly surprised when I got the bill and realized I had spent about $5 dollars less than I expected. To add to the appeal, Qusqo has gorgeous décor and lovely atmosphere. It’s got a cool shadiness and outdoor seating that are great for summer, but at the same time it has a coziness to the inside that would make for a warm familial gathering place in winter as well. It’s only drawback is that it is an independent business surrounded by corporate competitors with bigger, brighter, signs and more money. But they aren’t true competitors because they don’t offer the kind of exotic, high quality, food Qusqo does. It is right at the street corner, not at all hard to find, and it deserves a lot of love. Come here and bring people. You will not be disappointed!

If you're in LA and haven't been to Qusqo Bistro, you need to go and stop missing out on one of the city's hidden gems. Every dish takes you via Llama straight to the heart of Peru, with the Arroz con Pollo standing out as my absolute favorite. The flavors almost have vibrant colors, making it easy to say that the food is soooooo good. Beyond the delectable meals, the ambiance captures the spirit of the Peruvian and chill culture beautifully. The vibe is effortlessly cool and warm, making it a perfect spot for both intimate dinners and group outings. And if all this wasn't enough, the service is friendly and exelent. Every visit, the staff ensures a memorable and warm experience. Highly recommend!
