Quinn's Pub

This is not your ordinary pub. Beautiful tall ceilings, huge windows, and excellent cuisine. The "Bourrata" for $15 is what I consider to be a perfectly balanced dish - complementary flavors and textures in a pleasing presentation. The very fresh and gooey bourrata is drizzled with EVOO with flavorful basil, while the generous serving of prosciutto is thinly sliced and boldly flavored, with the crostini adding a perfect crunch. Everything in just the right proportion. Also had the Spanish shrimp, which had just the right amount of heat in the rich buttery sauce with chili flakes and paprika.

Quinn's is great. Beyond having one of the better happy hours, which offers half off beer and $5 margheritas, the vibe inside is incredibly chill and relaxed. I really like coming here!

Quinn is a solid option in capitol Hill. Went with a few friends (and their small kids). They do have baby chairs, fyi! Service was great. It's all QR code (no wifi though). Can't go wrong with the wild boar (must get the egg on top). The burger was a solid option. Decent amount of fries. Their margarita was very good. Both variations we had, peach and strawberry, were very solid. They can also make them 'skinny'. The shrimp wasn't bad but not something that stood out. The charcuterie was also a decent option. The pretzel was better than I thought but the cheese wasn't impressive. Vibe is great. Vibrant but not too loud on a Friday night at 7pm. Did make a reservation.

We had a couple of drinks, prices were right and they had good service.

Food = A+ One of the best pieces of steak we’ve ever had. The service was great and attentive too. Very similar to the vibe of a gastropub in London.

Great little spot for elevated pub food right in the heart of Cap Hill. The drinks were excellent. We were a large party and ordered nearly every appetizer. All were stellar. The mains were mostly good aside from the fried chicken sandwich being inconsistent. My friend and I each ordered it. His was perfect. Mine was tough and stringy. Quinn's would do well to pay more attention to chicken selection. All in all though, a good experience and I'd certainly return.

Just went here for drinks. The late night happy hour is GREAT! We got 5 drinks for $50 before tip. Their take on the espresso martini was really good.
