Hey Quills! Please train your cashiers not to finger the rim of the cups. This should be the first and most basic thing you teach. Every single time I come to a Quills, no matter the location, the cashier puts all 5 fingers on the lip of the cup. Stop the madness. I will change this 1 star rating when a change takes place.
