Thank you ladies for working on Christmas Day and demonstrating so much professionalism Update 4/5/24 The ladies rest room was falling apart. There was USED toilet paper on the ground, the paper towel dispenser was broken, and the industrial size bottle of soap was sitting on the counter instead of in the dispenser.

I live walking distance and this slushy machine never work , this is my second year living in my complex and the machine never work and it smells like wet penny’s in there. Whoever the gm is over this store is horrible !

They just need to shut this store down. The fountain drinks haven't worked in months. The kitchen is usually not working or closed about 75% of the time. They hardly ever have condiments for the roller grill items and they hardly ever have the flavoring for the coffees. Half the times the Frozen drink machines and the cappuccino machines don't work. The floor is always nasty and there's usually a funk inside the store. A few years ago these stores were phenomenal everything always worked. I remember the commercial saying guaranteed fountain drink quality of course those signs are long gone). mopped the floors every hour sometimes I felt like they mopped them too much. The irony is they always offer some sort of free fountain drink in the coupon section when you buy something yet the fountain drink machine never works . And I mean this is at all QuikTrips in Clayton , Henry , Fayette and Rockdale Counties . Same thing, fountain drink machines never work and they're always nasty. I'm excited because they built a super race track on exit 7 of i-675 and they are always clean always in stock and have $1 fountain drinks that always work LOL. QT has become the Dollar General of gas stations.

Decent place is a very busy store always cleaning nice service can be hard to get in and out but usually can be done quickly

Came in this morning at 2:44 am 01/06/2024 register number #0002 Paid for my items and was waiting for my receipt lady that was at the register was looking at me awkward and rude so I responded I was waiting for my receipt she responded oh you didn’t ask for it how do I know if you want it with a horrible attitude like I’m in the wrong for wanting my receipt quick trip needs to do better with the training or explaining that this is a business just because you having a bad day at work or home doesn’t mean you can throw your anger at your customers simply because of them wanting a receipt for something that they paid for then for her to say she doesn’t have time for this and etc… then why are you at work why are you in the customer service field having attitudes about someone’s receipt she needs to be re trained, day shift doesn’t have any problems with giving out receipts of customers purchases why does night shift

Passing through and stopped for a break. Absolutely the nastiest restrooms we’ve ever been in. QT is really getting slack about cleanliness. Hopefully it’s just this location.

Worse than McDonald's! Ice cream machine always broken! Take it out!

Fix your damn drinks

This place has gotten consistently worse in the past year. Drink fountains might as well not exist as you have a better chance of the ice cream machine at McDonald's working. They got some new automated coffee machines that add an extra 30 seconds to a process that used to take 5 and none of the cappuccino machines work. And how the bathrooms be dirty immediately after they got "cleaned"?
