Queens Beer Factory

Went to this location on Saturday night December 30, 2023. I wanna say i arrived around 940pm. Sat down at the bar and it took the bartender about 15 minutes to ask me if i wanted anything. When i got to the location, there was at least 20 people. On top of that, she stood in front of me between the time i arrived and when she asked if i wanted anything, taking care of her duties ( which i have no problem with). My issue is it took her about 15 minutes to ask me if wanted something and she stood in front of me not acknowledging my presence. You can check the cameras. Oh to top it off, before she leaves for the night she asks us if she can bill us and we said yes. When we saw the bill, tip was automatically included.i honestly think she doesn't deserve getting tipped. Horrible service from the young lady.

So I don't usually leave a review unless really good or bad.. this place is good but they don't. treat regulars well.. the " bouncer" this night. They just trying to go home fast..

me and my boyfriend went on friday to the restaurant and it was our first time and the waiter did not come to get us our order or even offer a drink. It was not busy we waited for at least 15 min for her to come and she just looked at us.we left not going back

Not a good experience, very overpriced for a beer place.
