Quebedeaux's Boudin & Cracklins

On Feb 6, 2024, went through thr drive-thru and purchased 1lbs of Pork Cracklins for $24.18, then several miles down the road. I opened them to enjoy them and found that they were not what you would consider the Real Pork Cracklins !!! When I arrived home, called the store, asked to speak with the manager about all the above. Was then told the now, Haskins are being sold in place of Pork Cracklins!!! Please see the attached picture below. The picture should show that this is no wear near Pork Craklins as everyone knows them. As you can see there is Absolutely!!! no seasoning of meat. In the end this not worth twenty-dollars !!!

Our party of 29 from Georgia, Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana visited Quebedeaux on Jan 5 2024 for dinner without a reservation. We all had attended a funeral and stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites down the street. We walked in hoping we could have dinner together without any notice. The staff immediately made us all feel very welcome and happy we chose their restaurant. The food was excellent. The atmosphere and ambiance was amazing and our lovely waitress took care of our every need immediately. We also had a young guy in our party whose 18th birthday was that day. He was made to feel special with dessert and a Happy Birthday song. We all were extremely pleased with the excellent food and overall experience after a very trying day. Thank you all for a wonderful evening!

It was okay. Zydeco is playing in the dining area. The kitchen was blasting rap music. The boudin burger was well prepared, but I think it burned my taste buds. Nuclear hot, temp wise. Couldn't taste the boudin, just their signature sauce. Which was a "Canes Sauce with heat" described to me by the cashier. It's actually 1000 island dressing. Fries were okay, unique cut like swirly fries, but little tasteless. Ordered some cracklin's to go 50/50 shirts and skins. But, they were lacking seasoning. Meaty (shirts) parts had a little kick. Skins had a nice crunch. Employees were nice and always smiling.

Food was not good at all. Its been that way every time we gone there.

The food is so good and it feels like it's home made I highly recommend this place
