Quaglino's

I've been going to Quaglinos for almost 5 years now, and every time I go, I really enjoy it. Great atmosphere, great food, separate bar areas so you can sit and talk to friends without it getting too loud. I recently introduced a fellow actor to the venue, and he loved it. I definitely highly recommend this place if you're looking for an enjoyable night, with a bit of glitz and glam, without the rowdy crowd. It will always be my local.

When I arrived, there was a huge misunderstanding regarding the deposit. This took the staff an hour or so to clear the matter. I had to ho through my bank statement several times before the matter was finally dealt with. This made me feel very uneasy, and I was unable to tend to my guests as we were celebrating my partners big 60th birthday celebrations. Apart from the service charges which every time our guest bought drinks from the bar and not bought to the tables, Quaglinos lived up to the expectations of entertainment and the atmosphere. The food was nice but unfortunately some guest did not get what they ordered.

Good food and really good ambiance / vibe - it’s quite expensive, considering the portion sizes, and the servers can be a bit pushy about ordering more while not really offering much in terms of a unique experience (we were there for a bachelorette dinner and had asked if our dessert could come with a candle or something special, to which they said yes but then they brought out a single macaron with a candle on it, which was disappointing considering we were 9 girls). Nonetheless, the live music and overall decor is really nice and worthy of a special occasion, and the food is quite good, though expensive.

The food and music was amazing but what really stood out was the service. Petit Mara was incredible and made my sister’s birthday such a special night.will be coming again!

The room and the design is amazing. well organised and neat. Very nice live music and entertaining. The front of house checked on us too many times. Usually appreciated but sometimes interrupting. Portions... Good prices and amount of wine. The cocktail we tried was tiny. The food was small portion for the amount paid. Scallop dish was okay and the sea bass okay but rather dry and boring without a sauce. To sum up. quite expensive for what you pay for.

I been going here for many years now, it's been good until now , but when I went there today, I was very very disappointed with the new menu charges! Before we used to get bread and butter to the table without asking for it, today, when we go there we didn't get any, and I've been told it's now chargeable on the menu, Forget that even steak does not come with any sides. We had to pay for fries vegetables to come with the steak. This is unbelievable paying £90 for a steak and it does not come with any side , I asked to see What sauces are coming with this steak? I've been told this is chargeable unbelievable to learn that we get charged for a steak sauce ! Plus on top of everything else they Charged us for Listening to live music that was playing there. I will not go there again

Quaglinos is THE place to be! Amazing vibe here, it’s like something in the movies! A place to see and be seen. You have to see it to believe it. An assault on all the senses (in a good way)
