Laid back Black owned bar with food. The staff is welcoming and gets to customers quickly. Saturday night the DJ spins a variety of music but keeps it festive for the 35 and up crowd. Fries were great

This place is not it. My family and I have been coming here for over 2 and a half years and gave this place too many chances. My frist experience a man thought it was okay to touch me and my cousin with out permission, and caused a scene when we confronted him about such disrespectful behavior. The bartenders and owners who were there at the time fake kicked him out and let him come back 10 minutes later like nothing happend. We left because we were completely uncomfortable at that point. Another time the BARTENDER thought it was okay to man handle my cousin in such an inappropriate sexual way and left my cousin in shock. This time my family and I checked him and told him about himself and he didnt care. So instead he overly charged our drinks the rest of the night. No receipts were given at all when cards were used. Called the owner of the place the next day and he was very disappointed to hear about the events that has taken place in his lounge. We stopped going for months however yesterday night we had more family come into town and they didnt really experience Qs like the rest of the family had and wanted to go there. Us being positive and hoped for change we all went to Qs any way because all in all, Qs is close to home for our families and convenient for travel, so yes we took a chance. Unfortunately, the same Bartender was there and he inappropriately touched more of our family and unexpectedly, my Aunt passed out, fell right too the floor, and NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE that worked there helped us at all. No lights were turned on so we had to use our flash lights on our phones, while also trying to call 911 for an ambulance, thank goodness, there was someone there with professional medical training and took over to make sure my aunt had a pulse, turned her over to her side and helped make sure she was responsive. We kept yelling for water and napkins, a trash bag incase she felt sick or started seizing or ANYTHING. The tenders continued to work the bar and could careless about my aunt on the ground. The customers helped us by opening the doors and clearing a path for us when the ambulance came . The people that works and own this place is not right because I know for a fact we cant be the only ones making complaints about the SAME BARTENDER at this weakass establishment. The same night he also got into it with a man who is a friend of our family because the BARTENDER thought it was okay to disrespect his sister. Seeing that the man clearly had bigger arms and was more fit than he was, he went away with trying to lie his way out of the situation. To sum this up, My big family and I, yes every time we go its literally over 10+ of us, WILL NEVER come back to this place. For the amount of money we have spent at this place, we do not deserve to be treated as such. We will be going else where in the area instead. My Auntie is alright, however investigations is in the works to make sure her drink wasnt roofied. Please oh please stay safe out there yall and expect the unexpected.

The chicken wings are good. The bartender will only quickly service women who are either half naked and/or flirting with him. I waited 30 minutes for a beer and there were only 8 people in the bar. Don't waste your time going! Parking: If you want a reasonable parking spot, you have to get there early. The parking lot is shared by another establishment.

A gem in the neighborhood. Watching the Bears game on Monday. Vibe is great, and Cruz personality lights the whole place, he remembered Kimber's name . Please come and visit, leave your bad attitude home, come a enjoy the moment.

It's always a vibe bartender is the best love the drinks

I loved everything about this place the food was delicious, the owner was engaging and accommodating and awesome all at the same time. The bartender I believe his name was Cruz, he is the sour patch in this sweet spot. He was very rude and unprofessional when I asked about what the process was for getting a space celebrating a birthday there, his response was I don't know anything because I'm a nobody according to what his bosses say, so he can't answer that question and went back to serving drinks. I had to ask another person to help me. I thought he was joking but he was very serious. He offered no apologies and kept tending to the bar. I just wondered if the boss knew how he felt since he was so open about I, he act as if he didn't care. I didnt feel like I could trust him serving my or anyone else I knew drinks. Imagine I made him mad would he mess up my drinks on purpose. He seemed very Shady, disrespectful and bad for business. There is no telling how many people he could have been that care too and how much business could have been lost just for tht reason alone. Outside of that I wld have given it 5 stars. The Bartender is a very important part of a bar. I believe u would have more and maybe even better business if he was not there. How he treats and talk to people should match the same energy of the server and owner. Total misfit of a great packaged .
