half scoop of everything, terrible place.
Ordered ahead. Arrived at restaurant and observed 3 employees: 2 working the counter / production line and 1 standing and staring off in to space. 3 customers in the line: a couple and a patron paying as I walked up. The pickup shelf was empty, but i could see bagged orders with stickers behind the register area. I stood by the end of the line for SEVEN whole minutes without even getting eye contact, let alone being asked if I was there to pick up an order. My lunch break is timed, which is why I order ahead. When I finally received my order, the food was barely room temp and very anemic compared to the other Qdoba down the street. I will not be visiting this Qdoba again, and I suggest you reconsider also.
This place! Every time we go here or order it’s always garbage. Whether it’s waiting for hours for our delivery, or having to take our food back because it’s horrible. Get new management!
We had a newborn baby so yes we use DoorDash a lot and our go to is always Qdoba however this location can never get anything right with our order either things are missing, toppings in bowls that we didn’t order added in our food, or today they put a receipt on outside of the bag with my name but everything inside has another persons name on it. So non of this is doordashers fault. It’s purely just poor work ethic. Please fix staffing and managements skills.
Had and issue with my online order and Merlin helped me get it resolved. He was very helpful and had good customer service.
Tried to go here for dinner and they were closed two hours before their normal hours with no postings. Very dissapointed
Haven't been here in awhile but the food is complete trash! This place quality wise has took a nose dive. I would never try this place again. Real talk.
Had food delivered and my food was like soup. There were big chunks of green pepper ends of each pepper. I normally would not have drove back but it looked disgusting. I asked for the manager and showed her the food she was very defensive and rude! I asked for my money back but she said I would have to contact Uber Eats. So I told her to make me a new bowl. I told her that I was the customer and she needed to make things right. She said that the customer is not always right. She disappeared and made her employees handle it. This happened today at 4:45.
