I’m really disappointed with the online ordering experience I had with this location. Not only did they forget half of the things that should have been included in the order for the kids meal (ie: applesauce, side of sour cream, and juice) but they also didn’t include the majority of what I ordered in my burrito. I’m one of those that orders a laundry list of things to put in my burrito and they maybe had 3 out of 8 items I had ordered. Will it stop me from going back to going to Qdoba? No but it will have me debating not only going back to this location but definitely will never again order online or DoorDash/GrubHub etc from here again. Missing one item? Ok, I understand we’re human and we make mistakes but missing that many items in my burrito is unacceptable.
Evidently the Manager thinks on line orders for people who aren't even there are more important than in person orders. We were told we would have to wait for food when the tray was full! I felt bad for the staff. Manager in the back was not handling the situation very well! Need to fix this!
The servers always greet you with a smile & a warm welcome. The food is always warm & very, very good!! Parking: Parking available right in front Kid-friendliness: The 2 little boy & girl I saw were eating their own meal, relaxing & having a conversation with their parents. Wheelchair accessibility: Doors to go inside are wide for wheelchairs, a ramp is available
I absolutely love Qdoba and often order on the app for pickup. Every single time I order a salad, they don't give me dressing. EVERY TIME. I select the kind of dressing I want and it shows printed on my ticket that they slap on the lid of my salad. It is very frustrating but also not worth the drive back to get the dressing. Just a PSA to my other Qdoba lovers - make sure you ask for the dressing.

Nice portions. Staff was good even though it's very busy. They kept all the supplies stocked up like the fajitas.
