QDOBA Mexican Eats

Very dirty and nasty. Counters and serving area FILTHY! Cashier had very dirty fingers handling cash and getting chips. Food was nasty. Staff was friendly.

Order was missing two things (one in which was queso) Had someone else's soup with the Order I tried to eat a few bites even though it wasn't what I paid for, I was hungry But as soon as I took a bite I noticed the rice was way over cooked (more like mush) The manager I talked to said he wasn't able to do a refund only replace the food but who has time to drive all the way back when it was an online order and I was home already. No other compensation was offered. Bad service and bad food ! Will not be back!

I shouldn't wait over an hour for an order on Monday night! You are the worst location in the whole country.

Food was nothing but FAT...... disgusting . Steak was hard. Brisket was nothing but fat. Chicken was over cooked. Dogs loved it.... Never again..

Showed up at 8:45 when both website and door says they close at 10. Cooks were cleaning and no longer making anything besides chips. After waiting 20 minutes in line were told they were out of chicken, guacamole, cojita cheese and the list goes on. Extremely poorly ran.

Service was kinda slow when I was there. Had the Surf n Turf bowl, the brown rice was undercooked, so it was a little crunchy also the steak was a litte chewy.

If you want hot food at lunch while eating in dinning room clean this isn’t the place. No way food temp above 140 and every table is dirty. Know you have to balance online order but if you start people order that are together shouldn’t you take all there orders? Nope they took my daughter stop made two other order then mine. Coast a lot to eat out hate spending money for almost cold food. Also may want to clean dinning room or walls in area guest can see n goods. Almost walked out from from seeing that dirt and your prep lady chewing gum. My daughter really wanted this meal to celebrate getting permit only reason we stayed.

We spent $43.15 for two burrito bowls that were barely 1/3 full and a small bag of chips and queso ……. The cost isn’t what bothers me. It’s the lack of food vs cost. This is ridiculous. Not likely to go back to this location again.
