QDOBA Mexican Eats

It would have been a dine in, but we arrived 40 minutes before closing and were told that because they were about to close that we couldn't use the dining area.. I could understand if we were arriving five minutes before closing, but that wasn't the case. Food was good, service was lacking..

Better than chipotleway

The customer service was great. The lady was helpful. They never have long lines, and they are patient

Long story short; Go to Cafe rio or Chipotle Food was okay; not great. Service wasn’t good. Employees were not patient with us while choosing what we wanted to eat. And they mistakenly charged my mom for my plate.

If I could give it negative -5 stars I would. I love Qdoba but I’ve never experienced such rude staff. Rude enough that I’m actually leaving a review. They looked like they hated their customers and I ate in and noticed it was with everyone not just me. What’s the attitude for? Yea, that’s a never again for me. I’m coming to eat not deal with someone’s miserable wife.

The worst management ever, they say they are open till 10 pm on google and we reached the location by 930 pm, the person who was taking the order was so rude, she says she doenst have fajitas and complains we have arrived at the closing time and were not even ready to take the order politely. Haven't seen such a rude service in years. Will never go there again!

Honestly this place used to be one of our favorite go to’s but lately they’ve been horrible at delivery. The last two times we’ve ordered from them, they legit forgot to put the protein in our food… how are you going to send out a chicken bowl with zero chicken in it? I can’t tell if these employees just don’t care about their work or are just so apathetic it doesn’t matter, but regardless this place used to be held to a better standard. Disappointing I don’t think we will be eating here anymore, shame too because we stopped going to chipotle for its overpriced bowls, now Qdoba is letting us down…shame.

Rude and reckless staff

Love that it’s free queso and guacamole, unlike Chipotle.
