Not only is the food horrible but the customer service is completely worse!! Even after talking to the customer service line just made me even more frustrated because they have no loyalty to their customers or employees. Don't waste your time here. When you are charged double for burnt food

Probably the best Qdoba bowl I've had. The ingredients were fresh. The staff was pleasant. I recommend this location. They're not all good. This one is.

I decided to give this Qdoba location another chance to provide good customer service and went there with my wife for lunch today. The staff seemed pleasant while preparinng my order, then proceeded to the register to pay for my meal. I was having an issue with the Qdoba app where it was not showing the reward that I had clicked on from my account. The cashier very rudely said that there is no reward showing and wanted me to pay without offering any help. When I looked at the app again to try to fix it, she walked over to a man who appeared to be a manager and said something to him in Spanish of which I do not understand. After that, he came over to me and said that he could not help me because he needed to scan in the reward. I asked if there was any way that he would be able to add the $5 reward in another way. He said that he would not do that. I told him that I thought it was not very good customer service to not try to make this situation right. He said it was not their fault that I was rude and had been rude to the other employees. I said that I just wanted good customer service. He got angry and said the situation was my fault because I did not know how to use the app correctly. I asked him for his name and said that I would share what happened on social media to bring attention to this poor customer service. He refused to give me his name . My wife, who had already sat down to enjoy her meal, told me to stop trying to argue, and we should leave. I listened to my wife, and left the Qdoba with her. While my wife and I were heading to our car, the Qdoba employee opened the door of the restaurant and followed us towards the car. He began yelling at me, and I yelled back at him. My wife said that we were already leaving and he continued to yell at her. I do not understand this location of Qdoba as this is the second time they have been unprofessional with us. I'm also trying to understand why an employee, possible manager who refused to give his name, would follow us after we already decided, voluntarily, to leave the Qdoba. I would strongly recommend that customers avoid this Qdoba. I have been to many other Qdobas and love their food and service. However, this one seems to have issues with management that cause a very unpleasant customer experience.
