QDOBA Mexican Eats

The staff here is always wonderful! I work at the nearby chick-fil-a and they’ll usually ask me about work and make small talk. Genuinely some of the best fast food service i’ve ever had. I’ve never gotten incorrect food either. Vegetarian options: They no longer have impossible meat, as it was a seasonal item, but they have a wide variety of things to put into a meatless burrito or bowl

My burrito was really full of goodies but the employee didn’t tear the tortilla. Really impressed with the service and food. The bathrooms were also really clean. Great job!

These guys ran out of steak by 8:30pm. Not cool. Had to drive to the Highlands Ranch University location and found out they had to send steak to the SouthGlenn location??? Easy fix: make more freaking steak guys. You can put it away in the walk-in at night!! So if you are going to go there past about 8pm at night, CALL FIRST to make sure they have food.

This is my 2nd visit to a Qdoba in 2 days. This location is great. The staff here is super friendly, very helpful and made me an awesome burrito Bowl. I got the same thing that I got yesterday and it was amazing. I added a chocolate chip cookie and it was so so so good. So glad I popped in for some lunch here.

My review has 100% to do with the blond lady running the register. Talk about AWFUL! Ordered to go to take advantage of the BOGO and my food wasn't ready when I arrived. The blond lady was running frantically behind the register (it wasn't that busy but you'd think she was helping 100 people at a time). She rudely stopped a gentleman from taking his to-go order (I know they should check, but she was very abrupt with him). I decided to stand next to the empty to-go shelf and she finally asked me my name. I told her and she shoved a bag in my direction. When I pointed out that that drink was incorrect, she told me that it was 100% correct on their end. I replied that I had ordered an iced tea, not a coke (I don't drink soda). I also told her that the website was being wonky so maybe that was the problem. She shoved an empty cup in my face and told me, in a snotty tone, to have a nice day. I cannot imagine if this place was busy how she would handle it. DEFINITELY NOT who should be interacting with customers. Hopefully, she's not a manager or this store is in trouble!

Today’s service at Qdoba was some of the best I’ve had. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 20+ years and I am very rarely. Do you have quick service staff that’s kind and overly helpful. We receive such service today at the store - very impressed. The gentleman at the register was very helpful and very kind to my kids. Even told us to go checkout the festival down the street. Way to go Qdoba - we will be back.
