HORRIBLE breakfast experience thanks to the owner at the 7th Ave Purita diner, who does not allow the customers to move to a different table once customers are seated! He said “ Once you’ve a seat my policy is that you can’t not move to a another table , I don’t care if you are not comfortable, my restaurant my rules.” I was in shock I couldn’t believe it. All I wanted was a table not by the counter near the door where people were going in and out, and the workers were moving around to attend other customers! The owner is extremely arrogant, rude first impressions are important and that was a horrible experience for me. I left didn’t drink my tea, didn’t get to order, but I paid for the tea!
The best French toast I’ve had in my life. Fantastic service and a great place to bring toddlers.
Classic diner, reasonably priced, decently attentive staff. I'm there solo for the breakfast special, and bring the kids for early dinner.
Great food. Amazing friendly staff.
Certainly no complaints on my behalf
Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. This place has a genuine neighborhood feel the clientele are loyal and engaged. The food, however, is generally unremarkable, even bland, yet expensive; not a good value for money.
