Pure Taqueria

I am a regular here at Pure! I come at least twice a week. Today; Sunday January 7th, I came in to watch the football game and have a few tacos! Upon entering I was greeted by the host with an eye roll and never asked how many I was with. I was seated and sat for 30 mins while the server who was suppose to greet me kept looking back at my table laughing with a colleague as she continued to vape which reeked of marijuana as well! I had to get up to ask the host if someone was going to serve me today; at which point the host took my order and continued on about her day. The manager then came over and attempted to address the situation; her resolve was she comp’d my coke and my dates sweet tea lol! This place is a joke and has been going down hill for quite some time! Here’s a suggestion… hire some staff that actually cares about providing good customer service - rather than just blowing vape smoke in customers faces!! Update: after this review initially posted; the manager then came back to my table to advise that our meals were comp’d however after being accused of lying on this review.. all makes amazing sense right? I was accused of lying about the time I waited.. which I was 4 mins off. I waited 26 mins instead of 30.. my apologies for rounding up. What type of manager that’s trying to address a mishap comes back to the table to make more of a scene!? After I was accused of lying - no other employee came back to the table to serve me in any way shape or form. Rather than continuing to try and make this a good experience for me considering the poor initial impression; it was made sure of by the manager that my experience got worse by having no service given to me for the duration of the time I was dining! Not for nothing; It is clear that the employees and management of this place have a little bit more than a customer service issue.. more like borderline discrimination problem. Great way to start off 2024 Pure Establishment and I definitely did not expect to walk into this level of employee chaos considering this used to be one of my favorite go to taquerias!

Pure is the best! I love the carne asada tacos and that they make so many different salsas in house fresh everyday. The staff always makes me feel right at home too. Thank you!

Solidly mediocre. I don’t know how they have such a high rating. The food is just okay. Margaritas are good. I live across the street and would choose to drive somewhere else for food rather than eat here if that tells you anything.

nice spot with heated outdoor seating available tvs had football games on in the outdoor areas servers were friendly and helpful food and drinks were good ordered the Carne asada and fish tacos and was able to have sauce on side parking available in the back as well

Always great but what’s with the no coasters or drink napkins at the bar? So odd. Water just everywhere from condensation when you leave. Coasters are free from Distributors etc. anyway, just thinking

Food was really good ! I wish there was a couple more options to choose from!! Also for the drinks I wish they could have a vending machine instead of getting a regular soda can.

Service is amazing!!!!! The margaritas are to die for omg!!! Me and my husband literally had every drink on the menu!! The food is very delicious also! We had the Empanadas, chips and queso with fresh jalapeños and pico de Gallo and the lamb birra tacos. All of the food was soooo delicious and fresh! We sat at the bar and stayed all night. Wish I would've gotten more pics of drinks and food. The pic below is the skinny love , which was very good. This place is a strong 10 out of 10 . I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem. You won't be disappointed
