The Manager named Aaron was absolutely great! Helped me with my delivery order and made sure I got my smoothie and avocado toast! Outstanding customer service!

I'm a visitor from Australian, and the staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I had a smoothie and a bannana toast creation all which were freshly made and delicious. The space was comfortable, and easy to sit and relax in. I took a breat from the Beltline to visit - and it was a highlight of my adventure. Many thanks.

The quality and size of the bowl I got was not worth the money and I think this place is going to go out of business if they don't start being more generous with the product. You're not going to get repeat customers if they feel ripped off. I ordered an acai bowl tonight and was told they were out of granola. He asked me what I'd like in place of that and I said Hey, can you just throw some extra chia seeds and strawberries on there? I also asked if the bowl would be filled up all the way because I asked about the serving size because I was going to share it with my husband. Well the bowl was definitely not filled up all the way and he very slowly sliced two of the smallest strawberries I've ever seen to put on top and the tiniest sprinkle of chia seeds. Definitely no extra strawberries...this was the piddliest fruit serving I've ever seen on a bowl! I mean I wasn't sure if he was scared to be generous with the customer or management told them they have to be strict about the number of berries they put on the top? I think I got all of 3 blueberries and the bowl definitely wasn't filled all the way. If it had had the granola, would it not have been filled to the top?? I've ordered acai bowls from a place in Florida where the bowl was full of acai and fresh fruit was generously MOUNDED on top and I got the choice of multiple sprinkles. Oh, and the acai here was also half melted. $12? Terrible.

Closed when we arrived at 6:45 google and the hours on the door said they closed at 8

Bowls good, service questionable. I placed an order at 7:45 this morning and went to pick it up almost 25 min later. It wasn’t ready, and that might’ve been fine except the woman at the counter did not care at all and just said “oh that’s not ready at all, I had other orders”. I asked for a refund, she said she didn’t know how to do them, then went back to whet she was doing. I had to stand there another few minutes and ask several more times for the refund in order for her to call the manager to ask how to process one. I totally understand being short staffed and behind but the way it was handled was terrible. Don’t order here to unless you have nowhere else to be.
