Incredible customer service.

Poor customer service where emails and phone calls are not being responded to. What is worse is that their supervisors don’t listen to customer feedback and make assumptions without getting the right info. Also the boxed chocolate was v hard and not fresh and they weren’t customer centric in acknowledging and making things better

Many various choices on sale here. Best place to get Canada made chocolates. Love the 2 ladies who were serving us while we were here. They were very kind and lovely..
