Pura Vida

I’ve been a loyal Pura Vida customer for years, the food is 10/10 but the service is where I feel this location lacks. Every time I go, I am there for no more than 30 minutes and I get approached at least 5-7 times by different staff. It’s annoying, and it doesn’t allow people to enjoy their meal. I was approached by someone handing me their Google review card to leave them a review with their name on it, but they didn’t even personally serve me so what is that about ? Additionally a gentleman that appeared as a manager told me and my friend to leave a table of 4 so that a family could have it. We had no problem doing so but 2 minutes after we left the table, another couple took it, so what was the point of asking us to leave ? Overall, please work on leaving us alone while we’re eating, don’t approach customers more than 1 time and don’t hand out review cards if that particular person didn’t serve us.

This place is tremendous!! The food is healthy and absolutely delicious. A must try!

I’ve been to 3 different locations and it is always on my list of places to go when I visit Florida! Most Amazing Overnight Oats and The Perfect Egg Sandwich! I have referred so many people here and they all love it! Ali was Great!

The atmosphere is very casual, fresh, innovative. even with the hustle of the wharf next door, you can still have a peaceful time people watching while enjoying delicious healthy food. Love the outdoor seating area. However, inside you are treated by pleasant music and even friendlier staff! Jena was fast, courteous, and have wonderful recommendations. She is also the one who made my chai latte which was heavenly! Thanks Jena, you’re welcoming and match the urgency of to go orders! Love the fast paced but chill vibe. Perfect for work lunch. Food is fresh and splendid.

Way over priced and the cashier with Palestine pin at work is so not necessary. Makes me think of the Oct 7 massacre while I order.
