Punch Bowl Social

I literally have been here 6 times in the past in the past 4 months. 3 times within one month! Spent my birthday brunch here, New Years, St Patty's day! It's so nice because it's large and you can get a reservation for bigger crowds. And they have a great variety. The staff is great and you can't go wrong with all the activities!! And the PUNCH!! love it!

Victim of credit card fraud from one of their servers, don't trust them with your credit card. Manager Christina confirmed theft and did not return calls. Update: Contacted business through their website requesting copies of receipts (1/24), got a call (1/26) requesting more information (because the charges were run at close the charges were for the following day, not the day I mentioned), have not received copies or any further contact. Requested copies of receipts again on 2/16. Requested copies again on 4/8

I’ve been here a few times and the service is often poor. The food is okay and the games/ bowling/ bocce is fun… when it’s available… I always gave this place the benefit of the doubt until my last visit. I got there and was not greeted or asked if I needed help at all. So I stood there for 10 minutes. It wasnt busy at all. There were many servers just standing around and talking. Once I was seated and waiting for my friend, no host came to speak with me and still after my friend arrived we were not talked to at all. I had to go to the host stand and ask for someone to bring water. Once she did come, she was very short and rude with us. I tried to order a draft beer and she said they were out of it and then showed me a random list of beers. She did not inform me that they were not draft beers. I tried to compliment her felt hat but she still treated us poorly. Throughout the meal, she stopped by twice. First time, she didnt stop walking when asking how our food was. It was incredibly rude and passive. She finally did come back and asked if we wanted the dessert menu, we said no but we were clearly still drinking and eating. But she walked away and just brought us our bills. Without us asking. It seemed like she just wanted us to leave. We paid and left. Come to the next day, my friend was scammed and charged a 122% tip from her. You could say its a mistake, but based on her behavior… she probably changed my friends tip amount. She was not a good server and we will not be returning to the Punch Bowl Social again.

Only use cash! Bartender took an extra $5 tip two days after we were there and the manager was very rude when we presented her the proof of her mistake, likely because they’re all in on it together scamming a few dollars here and there. We will never be back. Text/email notifications on all bank transactions is a must, save your receipt with the exact tip you left in person.
