The idea is excellent, but delivery is poor. I’m plus or minus on it all. Mostly minus - better options? Take it.

Very crowded over the weekend and no parking, but what can you expect from a place in downtown. I’m very upset that someone was visibly smoking, and no one stopped them. Can’t breathe in there. The DJ however was incredible! And the drinks are great!

This was my second time here. I’m disappointed it was not as good as the first. I came the first time with a friend for dinner & drinks & we thought great to bring the kids back to once we saw there were kid friendly activities ..wrong. This is not that kid friendly, which sucks. Paid for arcade cards $40 for myself and $60 for my friends kids & only 3 of the maybe 6/7 games worked. Half the other games were taken by adults (no big deal, there should be enough for all age ranges to do) Spoke with management since the cards were wasteful. Management was kind and offered credits/coupons for bowling since they could not refund cards.. okay, would be cool? Wrong. Tried to set up game for the kids.. two hour wait & 21 and older immediately after.. so.. felt like although management was kind, we were blown off. 4 kids bored with a total of $100 wasted on game cards that could not and probably will not be used. Because why would we go back?? To leave not so much negativity, I will say food/drinks always good and service is always good.

Had a great time!!! Be prepared to pay some money though but definitely worth it...

Had a wonderful time doing karaoke and drinking two of the largest punchbowls with our group. Unfortunately I was double charged for them. I called the location several times with details to help them avoid a disputed charge from the credit card company. I was assured someone would call me back and/or email me every single time. It never happened, left a sour taste in my mouth. Great location, good drinks, cool place, but it is poorly managed. At this point I can't recommend it!
