Stumbled into town on a work trip and decided to eat at Puckett's. Reviews ranked it pretty highly, and they were not wrong! Kamron was our server for the evening and she was outstanding as well. Picked her brain about the menu and decided on the chicken fried chicken and it didn't disappoint!

Amazing dinner and an amazing server. Kamron was so friendly and had an awesome personality. Helped with decisions on what to eat and it didn’t disappoint! Next time we are in town we will definitely be coming back here.

Sometimes you get lucky and find a restaurant, food and service that is truly 5 star. And one extra star for our server, "Ella". Spot on best service in years. Parking: Parkmobile app makes parking simple.

I had an unforgettable dining experience at Puckett's in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The server, Wyatt, was outstanding, providing exceptional service that made us feel right at home. Puckett's in Chattanooga is a must-visit for its combination of delicious food, excellent service, and vibrant atmosphere.

We ate there today for the first time. The service was good, the atmosphere was good but the food not so much. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which was dry and very bland. We also ordered the chicken tender platter that had no flavor. Very disappointing experience.

Very good food service, food was awesome. Ribs were falling off the bone just like my lovely wife likes it. Deep fried brownie dessert was absolutely amazing! Large enough for four easily

Matthew was an excellent bar tender. His "Water Moccasin" was out of this world. It tasted like Chatanooa! The BBQ was yummy, and I loved the sweet potato fries.

Food, atmosphere and our server, Wyatt, were amazing! Highly recommend Puckett’s.
