Stupidest employee award goes to all of them. Food is usually good ( has potential to be good) but employees seem to be brain dead. Called 5 times to place an order. Was told they would put me on hold and hung up on me every time I called. As soon as my garlic bread came out of the oven she dropped half of it on the floor. So they just gave me half of the order while I paid full price. I stopped ordering from them a couple of years ago when all pizzas were burnt on the bottom. Pizza was cooked right this time but throwing half of the garlic bread order on the floor was not OK.
Declining salad quality. Factory made pizza crusts noticed most recently. Too bad. We have gone to Puccinis for decades and it was always good.
Really was hoping things turned around. Unfortunately, whoever is making the pizza crust and or cooking the pizza is not paying attention to the crust. The last 3 orders have resulted in: 2-dense chewy crust, and one undercooked crust. I'm trying to figure out how pizzas turn cold in under 5 minutes of departure. Box never opened, counter to kitchen, non-stop- cold! Bon Appétit
This is my go to local pizza place. I think their twice baked pizza dough is the best.. just wish they offered it for all pizzas instead of a select few specialty ones. I also highly recommend the breadsticks with their ranch sauce. The breadsticks usually taste freshly baked and the ranch must be homemade or something because it tastes better than any ranch I’ve ever had. Atmosphere could be better… I have only ordered ‘to go’, however, when I go to pick up I notice the dining room is often quiet and dark.
Puccini's is a great value. Their food is delicious, freshly prepared and priced reasonably. We have been to more expensive restaurants and the food nor service were as good. I recommend the rosemary cream chicken.
First I must state that the whole family loves Puccini's. Just not this Puccini's. The restaurant is within a 5 minute walk so occasionally my 12 year old talks me into going instead of making a 10 minute drive to our original Puccini's at Meridian Village Plaza. Always a mistake. We each ordered iced tea, bread sticks, and a large Camp Fire Pizza. Our favorite with a certainty of leftovers. Immediately told they only had enough tea for one glass and she decided my son should have it. It was cloudy and probably quite old. (We saw the container later sitting on the floor in the back with flies buzzing around it. The bread sticks and Pizza were fine but not the quality of the prior mentioned restaurant. We were kept distracted by the numerous flies trying to land on our food since we were they only patrons sitting inside. (Take out seems to be more prevalent) Wish I could give it a thumbs up but not at this time.
