Publix Super Market at Water Tower Shoppes

The store had a great shopping atmosphere. It was clean and I appreciate the courteous checkout personnel.

Latin woman who works the self checkout (2.10. 24) has some major racial issues! I observed her for a while, she was as friendly as could be to non whites. A white woman was scanning something that kept locking her kiosk. The latin woman would only come over to unlock, not bothering to look into the problem. And what do you know? It happened again! The white woman was trying hard to explain the problem but the latin woman wouldn't be bothered by her, THEN YELLED AT HER!! I wish she would have reported it to a manager. WHY is Publix okay with hiring abusive and prejudiced people? Could you imagine if a white person treated her like that? THIS is how the term KAREN was born! There are WAY too many latins in Florida that make the whole group look like hateful, lazy, stereotyping jerks and it NEEDS TO STOP.
