Publix Super Market at Spalding Corners Shopping Center

Great neighborhood store - still with a lot of variety. Linda runs a tight ship. Mel, Chan, Tiffany, Luis, Kenton, David, Olha,Lian Andrew, Narii, Karin, Ceana, Kishema, Samuel, Gabriel, Jennifer, Gabe, Ellie, Cathy, Sebastion, Naomi, Sebastian, Naomi, Fred and Rachel….. .....Excellent and professional staff. Pleasant interactions.

This Publix store is clean, the employees are friendly and courteous. The store stocks most of what I like, and products are easy to find. NICE STORE

This is the second time that I purchased chicken tenders from this store that were overcooked. The chicken tenders were so overcooked last week that I had to get a refund. The customer service rep was very dismissive and was more interested with the personal conversation she was having with her coworkers. Good help is hard to find.

I have several Publix locations to choose from but I come here because of the friendly and accommodating staff. Especially an incredibly consistent friendly and helpful young employee named Adam. Adam always greets the customers with a smile and offer to assist. He truly makes shopping a pleasure.

Child endangerment! I assuming this is usually a nice Publix, but my visit here today was terrible. A lady was allowed to shop with her “service dog” and it ended up barking and lunging at a child. The child started crying and running away. The lady with the dog, even started to laugh at the situation. Mind you, management was standing NEXT TO the lady with her dog. I don’t know who this manager is, (bald white man) but he sucks. Another employee (older black woman with red braids) watched it happen and also chose to do nothing and continued her personal shopping. It’s extremely upsetting to see that happen and have nothing done about it. Thankfully an assistant manager (I believe his name was Jordan) talked to me about the whole situation and he agreed that the dog should not have been in the building. The cashier Lis also agreed. I really hope this issue gets resolved. That child should not have been put in such an unsafe situation. And shame on that lady (older asian woman) and her dachshund for laughing about it. Do better!
