Love Publix, great store.

Well I normally love this place but one lady just had to be in a ticked off, in a hurry, didn't read or CARE - how Much to Put on the PUB SUB, I ordered a ULTIMATE sub that was on sale... PREORDERED in the APP, ordered it for LIGHT MAYO, LIGHT Honey Mustard wow what a surprise... It was sickening I had to eat it, it was my dinner. I will not ever order any honey mustard or sauces on the bread again at any Publix it totally ruins the bread with in minutes and tastes absolutely horrid. So I ate around it, with napkins trying to dry down all that mustard... I remember who you are I will tell them At the front desk to as you were getting it when I walked in. Thanks so much!

Customer service and deli department need a huge overhaul! Made an order online today. My instructions were to pick it up my subs at 5:15. Went there at 5:15 and didn't see my order in the pick up spot. So I decided to walk around and do a little shopping and returned back at 5:30. Still nothing. Finally some condescending woman working the deli said that I should have told them who I was so they can start making my order. Clearly this woman isn't very intelligent because that's not how online orders work. This is the third time this deli hasn't even prepared my order. I get the occasional mistake. But three times. Now it's habit. Then I talked to some tall lanky kid who was a manager but that was utterly useless. Might as well have talked to the ATM. I don't forsee Publix doing anything to make me feel whole again. And I hate sounding like a Karen. I just want everyone to beware of this location. I recommend the New Haven location over this one. This store is absolutely awful.
