Pub Thirty Two is very close to my house and a great bar to stop in for a drink after work or on the weekends. They have a full bar, whiskey tasting, and multiple beers on draft or tap. From all the times I have been it's a hybrid of younger adults as well as older couples and families that attend so good for many occasions. My favorite go to food option is the short rib & mash with a couple prankster beers on tap. One recommendation I have is to ask about an item before you order if if you are unsure about it. I ordered "Portobello Fries" thinking they were fries and got fried mushrooms and was "SOL" according to my waiter. That was my only bad experience in a handful of good experiences. I went in again recently for lunch and dinner. Lobster Bisque with a grilled cheese hits different on a rainy day for lunch, and their short rib n mash is great for dinner. Pics attached. Vegetarian options: It's a pretty diverse menu. I've seen a number of vegetarian options on the menu but have never tried them myself. Parking: Lot of parking in front of and on the side of the restaurant. Just don't park in front of the doctors office that specifies not to park there. Kid-friendliness: I've seen families in here with kids before. I often feel bad for them though. There are not games, arcades, or anything kids would be into. Usually sitting on their parents phones. Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple entrances through the front door or the side patio that I believe wheelchairs can gain access to the restaurant.
I met my friends there for dinner at their suggestion. They live just around the corner so it's a frequent spot for them. They raved about the food and the first thing that caught my eye on the menu was the fish and chips. I asked our server to make sure that the fries were crispy. That was my only suggestion. No substitutions, no nothing. The food runners brought our food about 12 to 15 minutes later. I asked for malt vinegar as I don't prefer tartar sauce. It never came. Our waiter came around and take another drink order and I asked him for the vinegar at that time and he brought it immediately. It didn't help. The breading was crispy on the outside but doughy on the inside next to the fish. There was one giant strangely shaped lump of fish instead of two fish fillets that you would normally get in an order. The fries were limp even though I ordered crispy. My friend had fries with her burger and they were done exactly the same way. Place isn't exactly an Irish pub it's just kind of an Irish-style pub but they have a lot of Irish favorites on the menu. I expected more. I got less. Edit for typo.
Friendly local with great food.
Try the fish and chips!!!!!!!
They hosted our holiday party, and it was so much fun. They did a fantastic job, and the food was excellent. Huge shout out to Jenny. You are amazing what a rock star!
Visited once many years ago. 2015? 2016? Then you get SPAM messages for the next century. They ignore multiple requests to be removed. Tells you a lot about a company and their level of service. We moved away but when visiting friends they are on my "No Dinner Here" list. Update: I know there is an UNSUBSCRIBE link. I told you that in the message. I also said you ignore those requests. Multiple requests. Fix it.
