P&S Ravioli Company

1/23/24…Still one of my favorite places to get raviolis. The next best to homemade. Dan is the cashier during the week and Toni is there on the weekends. They are the nicest cashiers. There are a variety of fresh and frozen pastas besides ravioli. My personal favorite...the cheese ravioli. Spinach is my second choice. When I was young, my dad, George and mom, Phyllis would make handmade raviolis for the holidays! P&S raviolis are the closest to their delicious, homemade raviolis. The small store, on 10th and Morris Streets has, in my opinion, some of the best fresh and frozen pasta. People laugh when I tell them "I can eat the cheese ravioli with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" and parmesan cheese for breakfast." Yum! They have a variety of raviolis from cheese (my favorite) to spinach ( my second favorite). Spinach is in the dough and in the cheese filling. Their mushroom ravioli has a touch of gorgonzola and they also have meat and lobster ravioli. Now ravioli is not the only pasta that they carry. They have fresh spaghetti, fresh fettuccine, potato gnocchi, cheese cavatelli, stuffed shells, manicotti and tortellini which you can use in soup or pasta salads. They have sauces and grated cheese and their meatballs are great for sandwiches. Oh and one more item, their garlic mozzarella bread is delicious! I get my steaks from Mike and Matt's and make a delicious cheese steak on the bread. A must try. Fresh and frozen, really good raviolis and pasta! Seasonal, you can pick up or order Nonna's Ricotta Pie...all fresh ingredients!

Simply the best

Cook this ravioli until it floats in salted water with olive oil. Truly high quality, major difference from store bought. If you aren’t in the mood to spend $30 at a restaurant, this is the spot that will match that experience at your own house. Tried the mushroom ravioli, great texture.
