Great bagels and coffee Only reasons I gave 4 stars is sometimes ordering at the counter I waited longer than normal for plain not toasted bagels Otherwise quality is a 5

I always get a pizza bagel here! Absolutely love this place, definitely recommend!! The staff is super friendly and nice as well.

Ok this is my second time I spent 49 dollars on 4 bagels waited 27 min in line to get home to find my bagels were incorrect #nothanks the atmosphere was chaotic I literally watched as one kid dropped two sandwiches on the floor she did throw them away he did change his gloves my chicken salad was so skimpy I'm wondering if he dropped all the chicken salad on the floor pho restaurants near me open at those critical crucial hours the staff should run immaculately no hiccups

Solid bagels. Drive thru. Quick service

The bagels are amazing! But they won't let you bring your own cup for coffee. They apparently LOVE single use plastics. We are in the 25th year of the 21st century people. You might want to reconsider. This is the first coffee server I've been to in all of Providence (not to mention Massachusetts or Boston) who can't figure this out. Even Dunkins will use your cup!!!

This place used to be so good and my go-to. However in the last year the food quality has gone down hill. Flat bagels. Flat eggs for sandwiches. The new coffee is absolutely terrible. Wait times are super long for order ahead, in store, and drive thru. The team is working hard but so flustered and disorganized. Definitely need to work some efficiencies into their work flow. Hopefully it improves again.

I ordered a take out order on their app. The app told me 30 minutes until ready. Arrived to the store 30 minutes after my order was placed and order was not ready yet, no big deal. Another 30 minutes goes by standing around in the store and no sign of my order being ready. I asked an employee to confirm if my order even went through and they said it did, but there were multiple orders in front of mine. Again, no big deal, it is what it is. Over the course of the 45ish minutes of waiting inside the store on top of the 30 minutes that I initially waited before showing up to the store, I noticed how everyone who walked in after me was getting served instantly. Almost as if online orders were put on the back burner and forgotten about. I finally received my order to find out 2 out of 3 items ordered where missing from the order. I politely told one of the employees to which I got a rude response saying there were multiple orders in front of mine and I’m going to have to wait again. From someone who used to work in the food industry, if an order was messed up, shouldn’t that order become first priority? The employee was so rude the entire time and showed no effort into making things right. At this point it is what it is, so I wait an additional 20 minutes and in that time, I received my coffee I ordered, but not the last sandwich. At this point I’ve spent an hour waiting inside the store for 2 sandwiches and a coffee. I went up to the cashier and politely asked one more time for my last sandwich. The employee then just says they will refund me to which I accepted at this point. Moral of the story is I will not be returning to Providence Bagel. Their customer service was by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

Staff is great. The manager really keeps the place together
