This is a daycare with alcohol. Food and beers were both very good but a little on the pricier side. Saw a dude change a baby next to the table we were eating at and nobody working there cared. Great for families who lack common decency. Bad for everyone else
Order before you sit establishment. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The pretzel was soft which is hard to get. I wish there were more vegetarian options than just a single salad.
I’m fickle about my German food especially being that, I’m 1st generation German American, born and raised in Germany. When someone says they found a great German restaurant I’m always apprehensive about the food because it never taste like it should me. This was a great lunch experience with my husband for my birthday today! It’s German food elevated with a twist, but not too far off the traditional mainstay. We plan on making Prost a part of future dining out experiences. Prost to a job well done!
Our go-to beer and restaurant in Highlands Ranch. Great for getting together with friends and family or with your furry friends. Great beer and food. Live bands at times, check schedule. Ample free parking. Get the stein!
My new favorite spot in Denver. Incredible food, beer and a super unique interior and outdoor biergarten.
Winter edit: last night i thoroughly enjoyed my Biergarten burger with havarti and cranberry. We shared a pretzel with the very best Bavarian mustard! The fingerling smashers are always on the table when we visit. The summer salad is a delicious addition to the menu. And the jaegerschnitzel is a current favorite. The beer choices are excellent and cocktail selections unique and yummy. If you haven't been to Prost, you are missing out!
One of our favorite places to go. My husband loves the beer, (I am not a beer drinker) and their pretzels are to die for. I have to give a shout-out to one employee in particular. Melodie is phenomenal. She engages you as soon as she sees you, remembers your name and just seems to genuinely care about everyone. We always look forward to seeing her when we are there.
I wasn’t enjoying the quality of the beer and it was far away from the German beer taste and quality.
I have been here several times over the last few years and it's always a fun experience! The atmosphere is lively, the staff is friendly and prompt, the beer is always consistent and delicious. I've tried a large portion of the menu and I keep going back to the smashed fingerlings as an appetizer. The Reuben and Schnitzel sandwiches always hit the spot too. Do yourself a favor and stop in the next time you're in Highlands Ranch!
