Prost Brewing Co. & Biergarten - Fort Collins

This is hands down my favorite brewery in Fort Collins. Fantastic German beers. Wonderful staff.

Great atmosphere

Owner is one of the nicest guys I’ve met. The perfect host, always happy to see you, makes you feel like you’re most important customer. Beer is superb. Atmosphere is perfect for anything: business meeting, party, or just a chill place to hang out. I always feel welcome here and therefore, will always go back.

After just getting back from Austria a month ago, this place really hit the spot. Thank you Prost for making my day and giving me a flashback to German beers!

Awesome little brewery!

We stopped in to Prost while visiting our daughter in Fort Collins. All of us enjoyed our beers. They have a great selection of German beers and tasted great. We watched some NFL playoff games on the TV over the nice warm fireplace and played some of the board games they had on hand. Our family had a great time and the place was warm and cozy. I highly recommend this place if you are in the Fort Collins area.
