Prospect Park

The prospect park by the galleria is definitely 10/10. Jada was my server and she gave me and my friends really great service. We definitely coming back for the food, drinks and Jada !

Was in town for the weekend and wanted to stop for food and drinks. We had the best waitress there that made sure we enjoyed our stay. If you ever go ask for Jada, definitely will be my go to spot when I come back in town.

Lundin was a great service to us she made us feel very welcome

Lundin was really great, and professional. She was a great server and I’d highly recommend her next time.

Manager made me look like a fool at interview.

I really try to support Black business, but sometimes they make it very difficult. I ordered pick up from this establishment. When I arrived, my order had been cancelled. A manager came out and explained that it wasn’t their fault, it was the app in which I ordered from. That was fine, and I was willing to still proceed with ordering. However, I drove a distance to buy the particular items on the menu ($50 lamb chops) and they were not available because it was no longer brunch. I had to order something else and wait as well. The manager offered zero consolation—water, a Coke while I waited, nothing. I actually brought up that point and the manager said, ‘they can’t be giving away drinks.’, lol, smh. When I asked to speak with upper management, he said he’d call the person to the front, but after waiting 20 minutes, the person never came. Horrible customer service. It was my first time there and I won’t be back nor refer anyone I know. Not only is the management unaccommodating, they are rude and apparently got it good enough that they don’t need to retain customers or attract new ones. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Kay our waitress was absolutely amazing!!! I really enjoyed the food. I had the lambchops and the bacon wrapped shrimp. Everything was fresh and delicious. 10/10
