Proof Liquor & Deli

Friends & Fidos visit Buda and Proof Deli came through with magnificent sandwiches on Good Friday! The hot Reuben was fabulous, the Dali Lama was so delicious especially on Good Friday (!) and the Smoking Bird was out of this world. The doggies were treated to water and felt especially welcomed; the weather made the event quite memorable!

Great prices on beer and liquor. The Deli sandwiches are great, I love every special they come up with.

One of the best sandwiches in the area. Their Empanadas for me are incredible. They rival those of Buenos Aires cafe in Austin, except the ones here at Proof Liquor are bigger! Really welcoming local atmosphere as well. Also has good vegetarian options. Truly a hidden gem.

Good local place for drink and food.

Just found this gem! Only have had the Angry Bird and Smokin Bird so far and the Angry Bird is my favorite sandwich so far! Cannot wait to try the others!

Great food. Wished the cashier didn't track me every minute while waiting for the food because I don't fit the local demographic.
