Proof

Did not eat. But, definitely one of the best cocktails bar in town! Love going to Proof to have great cocktails while catching up with friends OR on a "date night."

Cool back bar! Cocktails we chose wound up both being on the sweet side but we had 0 interaction with the bartenders (whom we set very closely in front of) outside of to order our drinks and to ask for the check lol. Three bartenders checked in with a group of three ladies (who weren’t interested in ordering until the whole party was there) but I guess forgot to ask how we were doing and what we thought of the drinks lol! Well, we are visiting Calgary and proof for the first time and were prepared to drop some bank on a couple cocktails, some cool spirits and maybe a snack or two. Missed opportunity on both parts lol. Very unpleasant exp for us tbh. Thanks!

Was here when they first opened and every time I come back I love how consistent they are in terms of quality, service and creativity. Such a cool vibe as well. Carrie made us delicious drinks! Didn't try any food this time as we went for after dinner drinks.

I recently visited Proof, a cocktail bar in Calgary, and had a fantastic experience. I'd like to compliment Amber for her exceptional skill in mixology. I gave her an idea of what I wanted, and she exceeded my expectations, crafting an amazing drink that perfectly suited my taste. Her creativity and attention to detail truly impressed me. The ambiance at Proof was also delightful, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing evening. I highly recommend Proof and commend Amber for her outstanding service and talent.

Maybe the best cocktail bar I've been to - and I've been to plenty, worldwide. This place is an asset to Calgary. Left my drink choices up the bar and wow did they deliver. The whole bar team is amazingly skilled and passionate about what they do. Callum, Amber and Rhiannon specifically were amazing, but the entire ambience and selection was unbeatable. If you have *any* interest in cocktails, come here. This is the best bar in Calgary and it isn't even close.

A nice intimate place for good selection of drinks in downtown Calgary. Staff is fast and friendly and we never felt interrupted with questions by the servers. My only con is the lack of food selection. They have good small plates, but if you're hungry it might not be the best.
