Friendly staff and tasty donuts!

This was a difficult review for me. I was really close to giving 5 stars. The service was excellent. The guy I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, and especially happy to see that it was my first time there. I ordered a cinnamon and sugar donut, and a maple glazed custard filled donut (instead of the Boston cream that I wanted). These weren't what I wanted, but they were really, really good donuts. There were several strange "hipster" donuts covered with colorful and unusual ingredients that were fully stocked with a dozen each ready to go. There were classic varieties too, mostly sold out (including the variety I wanted) or very few left in stock. This is where Project Donut lost a star from me. It's fine to offer "special" donuts, of course. I just don"t like seeing it done in place of classics, and from the state of their stock, I get the feeling the majority of their customers agree. Update: I showed up 20 minutes after they opened, and some of the classic varieties hadn't been sold out yet. Best donuts I have ever had, I just wish I could get them a little later in the morning. Increasing my rating to 5 stars because the donuts are that good. Also, tried a breakfast crossaint and it was amazing. And every time I come in the customer service is outstanding.

After a recommendation and seeing amazing photos on their Instagram page, I finally took the plunge. Some of the best looking donuts I've seen! I'm personally more of a cake donut fan, but Project Donuts comes up with some very good varieties of their glazed donuts. I tried the strawberry cheesecake, chocolate butterscotch, and lemon butter donuts. Each was very good! Rich and sweet, great to treat yourself or others. In addition to the delicious donuts and pastries, Brass Horn Coffee is served here. The coffee alone is worth the visit!

Nice little spot. Good donuts. I didn't try the coffee. Friendly staff. Small with one table for seating inside. Better for grabbing a snack to go.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised. A large variety of donuts were offered and they tasted amazing. Not too sweet, thick, and full of flavor which is exactly how donuts are supposed to be. Specialty donuts rotate out every month and they also have donut holes and a variety of coffee options. Will be back!
