What an amazing place in Princeton. The food is so fresh and delicious. I had a chicken salad on their homemade focaccia bread and a 12oz cup of the turkey chili and both were out of this world delizioso.. My daughter in law had the lobster bisque soup and it was superb. If you haven’t been to this place, you have to stop by and meet the friendly staff. The chef Alex and her staff are top notch…Also found out they have a place in Cranbury which I will stop by with friends and family.
Got the goat salad and fried chicken sandwich. Sandwich tasted ok but was overpriced. Salad was concerning to say the least. Lettuce was clearly very old, as seen by many clumps of black plant matter and lots of pieces in the process of wilting/rotting (see picture). Taste was underwhelming.
The pricing is outrageous. But the food is really good
muy buen lugar y buena comida
Recognizing East Coast pricing, and its proximity to a wealthy area of the country, this spot was far too expensive for the value. The sandwich was good, and the soup was also well executed, but at over $60 for two sandwiches, one soup, a drink, and a cookie, it seemed excessive for the value. I'd go back if someone else was interested in going or trying it for the first time, but while the food was indeed good, it wasn't remarkable enough that a month later I remember anything but the price tag.
This is the best soup place in Princeton, simple and tasty. Centrally located and has outside seating when good weather
This place is incredible!
