Since covid a lot of food places have gone down with smaller portions. Not this place I was really surprised and shocked how great the pizza was. First it was fresh slices not reheated and since being from New York this was New York style. The crust and dough was thin tasty and well cooked, not raw and uncooked under the slice. From the cheese to the sauce everything was delicious. I was there on Saturday afternoon and hats off to the pizza maker, he knows how to make and cook a great pizza. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to stop in again next time. Keep up the great work.
I love this place nice clean amazing good food good friendly customer service always leave here satisfied.
Old Italian place with a lot of traditional options. The place hasn't been updated and wasn't really clean even though it was not busy. It took about 35 minutes to receive our food as they were handling some pickups. Food was pretty good if you like NY Italian big plates style. The sitting is not comfortable. Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options, but I wouldn't say too many.
The customer service at this restaurant is non existent. You are placed on hold - almost every time without being asked- you are hung up on- b4 you are finished ordering. Was just told the manager was busy and could not take my call- and doesn't speak English. This place used to be great- it has steadily declined to terrible. Not for the food- but the staff- just terrible.
I had a disappointing experience with the Siciliana pizza at this restaurant. The pizza was burned, the cheese wasn't properly melted, and I was overcharged—It was quoted $18 but ended up paying $25, even though I didn't request any extra toppings. When I pointed out that the pizza was burned, the waitress was uncooperative and refused to acknowledge the issue. He wasn’t polite, no customer service at all.
Time to close this place .no service terrible food
Ordered for pickup an order of penne a la vodka which came with a side salad and 3 garlic rolls. The garlic rolls were so hard and stale, they certainly didn’t taste fresh. Neither did the pasta unfortunately. I have a lot of choices with local Italian pizzerias and chose to give Primos a second chance after another bad experience a few months ago. A super underwhelming pepperoni pizza that was a bed of oil by the time I brought it home. You really need to do better and provide fresh food with every order. You lost this customer.
