The BEST!! Ordered catering for my fiancé’s birthday, and was not disappointed!! Great service, large portions, fantastic menu, and food was absolutely delicious!!! A+++ we will be back

The first two times I got subs here, I really enjoyed them. Then the next time (I always get take out), I got my turkey sub and asked for extra mayonnaise and did not get it, even though I asked the cashier more than once. Then the next two times (I have already given them too many chances), I order take out. Again, I ask for extra mayonnaise on a turkey sub. I take it home, there’s barely mayonnaise, the bread was super stale, and the sub had oil on it (why????). It also had pepper and oregano which I asked them to not put on. Today I just got home with my turkey sub and the sub is soaking wet. I was confused by this and then found out it was doused in oil, that I did not ask for. However, I did ask for extra mayonnaise twice. The cashier promised that there would be. You can guess it… there was barely any on the sub, I couldn’t even taste it. This issue seems like a common theme amongst other reviews here on google. Since I do take my subs home, it’s not plausible (and should not be necessary) to check the accuracy while at the shop. One of the best ways to keep customers coming back is to make their subs exactly how they ask!

Primohoagies out runs every hoagie shop in the 518. The fresh bread and the incredible variety of meats and veggies - freshly hand sliced in front of you. The unique spices and sauces added are so good to help the flavor. The staff is really friendly, especially the manager Krish. Primohoagies is super clean, quiet and a great place to grab some lunch, or dinner! I was even able to enjoy my hoagie while doing work! Def recommend 10/10! Stopped in after work on my way home and boy was the food delicious. Sandwich was jam packed with meat. Definitely would recommend the food, was very filling and tasted awesome. Staff was super quick and extraordinarily friendly.

I’ve been in Primos multiple times and the service is always top notch. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. Not to mention the sandwich is always great!! It’s not just a sandwich, it’s a hoagie!

Hello- I want you to know how disappointed I am with service. I ordered online, came in to pick up my sandwiches. Greeted advised my order would be just 2 more minutes. I proceeded to wait 10 as my sandwiches were made. No sorry for the wait, just handed my bag of sandwiches. Meantime 4 employees working chatting busy preparing walk in customers orders. That’s wrong, that is not customer service. Too bad too, I like your subs. I am no longer a customer

Good quality ingredients on my steak and cheese. Nice people, music could be a bit more family friendly, communication on wait times would be helpful. Describing the size for a “whole sub” would be helpful. Assuming it’s like 14 inches? Price is substaintially high in that case and it doesn’t help having a $5 mark up DoorDash per item.
