I really wanted to enjoy some margaritas and tacos but never got the chance. Two extremely rude staff totally turned me off. One slammed the door in my face almost catching my arm in the door jam. The other completely ignored my attempts to get her attention. How dare I interrupt their day with a question. Ended up at Porta Via, which has a great happy hour.
Don’t even bother. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
The girl that works there is a witch! Wow so disrespectful. She couldn’t explain the menu because she was “above it”. Even though I live in Pali I will never go there. She needs to find a job that doesn’t require her to work with the public.
I went hiking with some friends and family at Will Rodgers Park. We were all unfamiliar with the area. We tried our luck in Pacific Palisades and after a careful review of our options chose Prima Cantina. They had no problem seating 6 adults and a 5 year old. I ordered 3 shrimp tacos. No cap, probably the best cooked shrimp I've ever eaten, And they didn't skimp.
The food is decent Atmosphere is fine - basic, but fine. The service is really bad. I think the MD is on something. And the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Service for take out was very slow. Politely asked for some chips for my 8 year old while we waited and they bit my head off & refused. Kid-friendliness: It is not
I love prima, finally something NOT Italian in the palisades. Food is always delicious. Guacamole is perfect. Highly recommend for take out or a casual dinner.
This is good Mexican food restaurant at Pacific Palisades. It takes 10 minutes from Santa Monica pier.
