Been going to PHC for about 45+ years, and a terrific place to meet or see friends. Good food, great drinks, friendly service do miss seeing Sam everyday and the high profile list of political people who have passed thru the doors is incredible. Stop up and say hi to Steve and his son Lil Steve. See ya there!. Parking: Plenty! Even let bow ties come in. Lol
